Adorable Ranch on Phenomenal Street in Mogadore

From the sellers: We chose to take on this project because the house had such great bones when we came to look at it. It’s a solid house on a phenomenal street. We just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to create an amazing space…

When we work on projects, we design them and hire contractors who do work like it were one of our own houses or a house for one of our own kids. We want to rest our heads on our pillows at night knowing that we didn’t leave something undone for the next person. Just as an example… there was a ¼” lip between the kitchen flooring and the living room hardwoods. We could have left it, and had a transition strip, but that would not have looked good. So, we tore it out and made it how we would want it done. This cost a lot more money, but stuff like that is worth it for the new owners.

As we worked on the home, we met many of the neighbors and fell in love with how cute and safe this street is. Often with kids riding their bikes down the road, neighbors walking their dogs, or people stopping by to see how the work was going.

AC is brand new and everything is redone with luxury appliances and high end finishes. We’ve completely remodeled this home for someone that appreciates good old fashioned hard work, craftsmanship and quality design.

It’s not for everyone, but it’s the right place for someone. We wish you many amazing memories in your new home!
